By downloading or using the CodeColor application ("the App"), these terms will automatically apply to you. You should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the App.

You may not extract or attempt to extract the source code of the app, nor translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all trademarks, copyright, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to it, belong exclusively to the developers.

The application is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. In no event shall the developers of CodeColor be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the application.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We also reserve the right to stop providing the application, and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you.
